2. Product Information

2.1 Product Descriptions

We take great care to accurately describe our designer lighting products (including our 360 Lighting, Adagio, AFX, Allegri, Alpine, American Lighting, and Bird Bath collections). However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to monitor settings and natural materials.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Special Orders

Custom lighting configurations and special orders from our Black series are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by processing your payment and issuing an order confirmation. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may occur and to change prices without notice. Items in your cart reflect current prices, not necessarily the price when added.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

User Responsibility: You must provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You must promptly update all information to keep it current, complete, and accurate.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially for international destinations. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

4.2 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue.

User Responsibility: Provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused in original packaging with all protective materials and accompanied by proof of purchase.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom lighting configurations or special orders
  • Opened electrical components from our Black series
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Crystal lighting fixtures from the 360 Lighting and Bird Bath collections with unreported damage (must be reported within 48 hours)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason
  2. Wait for our return authorization (RMA number)
  3. Repack item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship to our Wilmington facility using a trackable method

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original payment method will be credited. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Lighting Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to the website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
