Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. Our refined returns process ensures a resolution as polished as our crystal chandeliers.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused in original packaging with all protective materials
  • Original Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your invoice
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Wilmington facility using a trackable shipping method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges within our AFX or Alpine collections:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired replacement item (subject to availability)
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom lighting configurations or special orders
  • Opened electrical components from our Black series
  • Items marked “Final Sale” during promotional events
  • Crystal lighting fixtures from the 360 Lighting and Bird Bath collections must be inspected upon delivery – any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  2. Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
  3. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost
