At Golden Lighting Shop, we take pride in offering designer lighting collections that illuminate your space with elegance. Should any product not meet your expectations, our refined returns process ensures a resolution as polished as our crystal chandeliers.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collections including Allegri, Adagio, and American Lighting series. To be eligible:
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Original proof of purchase must accompany the return
- Custom or special order items (marked during checkout) cannot be returned
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your invoice.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Wilmington facility using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges within our AFX or Alpine collections:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement item desired (subject to availability)
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom lighting configurations or special orders
- Opened electrical components from our Black series
- Items marked “Final Sale” during promotional events

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product from our collections:

- Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost
